Lee Beom-kyu, CEO of Team Sparta, who met in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 2nd, said, “When I went to school (Kaist Industrial Engineering), I hated coding, but after working as a developer at a game company as a military service exemption, I found coding fun.”

CEO Lee first started recruiting students for the “Sparta Coding Club” in April 2019 to help non-major learn coding easily. Spartan Coding Club is a service that developers provide coding lectures for beginners in coding. From introductory lectures to in-depth lectures, each lecture is a 4-5 week course that allows you to learn coding by investing only 3 hours a week. In the beginning, it started as an offline class, but it switched to a full-scale online class due to the prolonged COVID-19.

Due to the high entry barrier to non-major, the average online lecture completion rate in the other coding education industry is 5-6%, while the average lecture completion rate of Spartacoding Club is more than 90%. This is because it provides various services such as immediate question and answer service and close management to help students complete. In other words, the question-and-answer service is a service in which tutors answer the question within a few seconds to five minutes when students ask the community what they do not know.

CEO Lee said, “Coding provides a quick answer service because it cannot go next if it is blocked in front of it.”

In addition, close management is also provided so that students can follow the progress well through notification talk messages and operation managers’ phones.

CEO Lee said, “Unlike general lectures, coding education requires a greater will, which is why someone has to hold it,” and added, “Teamsparta helps students complete the race through close management.” This is Tim Sparta’s biggest difference.”
