Companies that will participate in the global startup festival “COMEUP 2022” have been decided through the highest competition rate ever.

The Korea Startup Forum (KOSPO) announced on the 6th that it has selected 70 COMEUP Stars companies to participate in the Comeup 2022.

COMUP STARS is a promising startup that will lead the global startup ecosystem selected by COMUP every year, providing various support programs and opportunities for corporate growth.

The recruitment of Come Up Stars, which was held from July 4 to August 5, has recorded the highest competition rate ever of 12.6 to 1, with 881 startups from 38 regions around the world participating in the selection of a total of 70 companies.

The final 70 companies were confirmed after a written and interview evaluation by 30 professional evaluation committee members and an advisory committee review for a month in August. The Rookie League, which selects early startups with high growth potential, selected 30 companies, and the Rocket League, which is accelerating innovative growth toward unicorns, selected 40 companies, respectively.

The cumulative investment attraction of these companies was about 523.7 billion won and the average investment attraction was about 7.5 billion won, the largest amount of investment attraction ever made by Comup Stars
