Abley Corporation announced on the 28th that it has established an investment strategy office and recruited Lee Sang-min, a former manager of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, a global investment bank, as a general leader in the investment strategy sector.
Fashion Commerce Abley plans to strengthen its investment strategy by establishing an organization dedicated to investment strategies and speed up attracting global investment beyond Korea.

Lee Sang-min, head of the Investment Strategy Office, graduated from Nottingham University in the U.K. and received a master’s degree in financial economics from Columbia University in the U.S. He worked at PwC Global and Deals headquarters of Samil Accounting Corporation, was in charge of overseas expansion strategies, capital markets, and M&A, and later worked as head of Samsung Securities’ corporate finance division (IB). Recently, he served as a director of the Seoul office of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, a U.S. investment bank.
